💙Bluebird Springtime Journal🌷

 🌷Its looking like springtime in my craft room! Hello crafty friends🌼 I've been working quite a while on this precious journal. I lucked out when I found this greeting card stored away! Isn't he just the cutest bluebird you have ever seen?🤗 Well, truthfully, I've never seen one in person! But, I hope they are as fluffy as the one in this picture.😊 This journal was constructed with chipboard, covered with scrapbook paper and has a interesting binding. Click on the pictures to see them super sharp! 💙The front cover. I tore the edge of  bluebird picture. Sewed it over a piece of faux fur.  Added die cuts & sequins. ❄️Winter Wonderland Treat Boxes

 ❄️Hello from the frosty northwoods! Ok! Wanted to make cookies for special people I know!😊After the holidays I'm flat out of any type of gift giving, treat boxes or fancy bags for food.🤔Once again Pinterest came to the rescue! Crafty friends! I will never (ok, maybe not never) purchase treat boxes again! Each one of these CUTE little boxes are made with one sheet of 12" x 12" card stock scrapbook paper!🤗 I see a whole lot of these little boxes popping up in the future! ❄️Feelin' Frosty Photo Journals☃️

❄️Hi everyone! Don't give up on all the winter cuteness yet!☃️ There is still time to get some winter projects done! It might be freezing outside, but I'm toasty warm and crafting some cute photo journals to keep all our winter memories in!💕 Today, I'm drinking some nice warm hot cocoa and getting creative with the 'I Love Winter' paper pad!❄️Each book is constructed with one 12" x 12" scrapbook paper! 🎼Music Notes & Bicycle Journal

🌸 Hi crafty friends🙂 I fell in love with a certain scrapbook paper pad today💝As soon as I saw the bicycle page I imagined it as a beautiful photo book💕🎼The bicycle, the beautiful flowers and music themed background is just stunning🌸 I made this with a technique using 3 notecards and 2 matching envelopes. It is a genius, incredibly, fun idea! I used paper from the Kirby Teesdale pad to decorate the journal pages.😃The link to the YouTube video I used showing this technique is at the end of this post. Little Iris Girl Envelope Journal

 💖Happy Valentines Day!💘 Adding a sweet little journal to my blog today!💝🌸🎀I love vintage cards and found this one in a box stuffed away in my closet. I think it was from the 1970s, wait! Does that decade classify as vintage?🤔 The base of this journal is made using 5 envelopes. I am in love with this technique.🥰Its fun, fast, and uses any type of scrapbook paper you have in your stash to decorate the pages! Sweet Little Altered Paperclips

🌸 Hi everyone!  Hope you are having a happy crafting day!🌸Whether you have an hour or the whole day, any amount of crafting makes your day enjoyable!💛Don't you think?🙂 Today I'm showing some altered paperclips I have made.📎💛It is so much fun and very addicting! I can't stop making them, but will soon half to stop, as I'm running out of paperclips!  Let's take a look! 🎀📎💕 This one is my favorite!🌸🎀I found this little picture of a girl as part of a piece of scrapbook paper. I cut around the edges and then torn it closer to the little picture. I used water and a paintbrush to help make a pretty edge while I was tearing it.🙂Using gold thread and pretty ribbon for embellishments. My hot glue gun holds everything together.  These are three of them I have made so far.  I used ribbons, lace, metallic threads, and sequins to embellish the paper cut outs.💕 I used distressing ink around all the edges. 💛 This is the back, you can see that I have used a 'ticket

Life is a Picnic Travel Journal

🌼 Is it summer yet? Yes, we are in the deepest part of winter here in northern Wisconsin, but I'm dreaming of our first picnic!🍉🌞 I decided I needed a little travel journal that would keep my menu ideas, favorite picnic spots, and favorite wine list all in one spot!🍓 It will also have room for lots of photos and places to journal all the memories.💕 Using my Cricut, I made different die cuts, made lots of pockets and added a ribbon to tie it closed.  Let's take a look at this cutie!💛🌼 🌸Life is a Picnic🌸 I made the pretty circle doily and picnic basket with a Cricut.🍉  🌞Added a grommet and ribbon to tie it closed. All the pretty pages🙂 I made menu cards to give me some ideas on food to prepare.😊I want a full picnic basket!🌸Yum and, printed out the recipes and tucked them in a pocket!🍉 🌼This sweet travel journal has a hand sewn binding.
